Waryam Singh, Village Nihalgarh, Kapurthala State. He is a well-to-do perfumery merchant and an active member of the Ghadr Party in Ancon C. Z. He is a naturalised Panamian and a Director of the Hindu Supply Co. founded by Teja Singh (T-8). He runs a firm under the name of R. Waryam Singh & Co. which is regarded with suspicion by the Panama authorities. The company own the "New India Store" at 125 Avenida Central and the "Punjab Bazar" at 121 Avenida Central, Panama City. He was the host of Teja Singh Sutantar when the latter went to Panama. Waryam Singh attended several seditious meetings organised by Teja Singh. In February 1932 he was reported to be one of the Presidents of the Ghadr Party in Panama.
