Ujagar Singh, son of Sohan Singh, of Panjwar, P. S. Jhabbal, District
Amritsar. He was employed as a constable in the Shanghai Police Force
from which he was dismissed in 1916 for being a seditionist. Left
Shanghai for India about the 15th of April 1916. He again went to Shanghai
in about 1920-22. In 1930 was enrolled as a member of the General
Committee of the India Youth League, China. Lived at 14, Jakong Road,
in 1930. Owns landed property at his village.
Description : Sallow complexion; age about 50 years; thin build; height
about 5'-8"; thick upper lip.
