Sundar Singh, son of Gurmukh Singh, of Man, P. S., Jagraon, District Ludhiana. Went abroad in 1912 and worked in Shanghai. Returned to India by the S.S. "Komagata Maru" and was interned and subsequently restricted. Restrictions were removed later on. Works as a farmer and owns landed property. Has two brothers Ganga Singh and Kartar Singh. The former is in Shanghai and the latter in America. He is a man of political bent of mind and is under police surveillance.
