Sundar Singh, son of Rattan Singh, of Daula Nangal, P. S. Beas, District Amritsar. Has been to Singapore, Portland (Oregon, U. S. A.), Shanghai and Hong Kong. Accompanied Dr. Mathra Singh of Jhelum district (hanged in March 1917 in the Supplementary Conspiracy Case) from Shanghai, and was believed to have been a special emissary of the Ghadr Party. Attended the Jhar Sahib meeting and took part in the Sirhali affairs. He was convicted in the Supplementary Conspiracy Case and sentenced to transportation for life. Is still in jail.
