Sucha Singh, son of Dewa Singh, of Village Mudki, P. S. Ghall, District
Ferozepore. He went to Shanghai about 1921 and was appointed Granthi
of a Gurdwara in Shanghai from which post he was dismissed for
misbehavior. In November 1922 he was reported to be on friendly terms
with Hansraj (H-8). In 1923 he was connected with Gajjan Singh (G-3) in
the starting of a press for the circulation of seditious and anti-British
literature. He returned to Calcutta in October 1924. After staying at his
home for a couple of days he proceeded to Kuala Lumpur. He was later
appointed Granthi in the Sikh Temple at Siputeh, Perak, where he
collected a gang of seditionists and made himself a nuisance. He was
accordingly deported in June 1926 and arrived at his home in the
following month.
Description : Age 26 years (1926); height 5-5 1/4"; broad forehead; oval
face; long beard; one mole at the end of the right eyebrow; two moles
on left temple; one long scar near left cheek bone; two moles on right
side of neck; two moles just below left shoulder, and one deep scar on
right upper arm.
