Sher Muhammad, alias Shera, son of Kasim Ali, Village Nangal Kalan.
District Ludhiana (Hoshiarpur?). He held passport No. 3620, issued at
Lahore on 20th November 1922 which was cancelled in 1932. In 1927 he
subscribed $10 to the Qaidi Parwar Sahaik Fund (Fund for the relief of
the families of political prisoners). He is a friend of Mohd. Ali (M-43), of
Rasulpur, Jullundur and was reported to have attended several meetings
in Panama City organized by Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) in 1931. On 9th
March 1932 a fresh passport No. 3447, valid for Panama and British
India was issued to him in Panama for identification purposes. It was
reported that the Ghadr Party intended to send him to India via Marseilles
to meet at the latter place, Teja Singh Sutantar who was then in Europe.
He is at present in Panama and may attempt to return to India without a
passport, travelling via Europe in the company of Fazal Din (F-3) of
