Sewa Singh, son of Gajjo, of Lohatbadi, Nabha State. Took part in the abortive attack on the Doraha Bridge Guard, and in the Jhaner and Rabbon dacoities. An absconder in the Lahore Conspiracy Case. Was arrested in Calcutta but escaped on the way up from the railway train. Was re-arrested in Ludhiana district on 7th March 1928, but owing to lack of evidence he was not proceeded against in the conspiracy and dacoity cases. On an examination of his fingerprints by the F. F. Bureau, Phillaur, he was identified as Parshotam Singh alias Sewa Singh, son of Sobha Singh alias Gajjo, Jat Sikh, of Nanakpore, P. S. Pakpattan, District Montgomery, who had three previous convictions. He was also an absconder in a case under Section 19 of the Arms Act, in the Ferozepore district, where he was tried and convicted. He was also sentenced to 1 year's rigorous imprisonment, under Section 224, Indian Penal Code, in United Provinces on 2nd August 1929. Is reported to be a notorious bad character. Was convicted in a theft case and sentenced to six months' rigorous imprisonment and had also kidnapped a married woman from his village. Is present at his village and holds Akali views.

Description : Age about 51 years; tall; stout build; medium complexion; wears moustache and beard like a Sikh sepoy; round face; broad forehead; nose straight and pointed; said to be slightly deaf; ear lobes bored.
