Rattan Singh, son of Kaku Singh, Jat, of Pandori, P. S. Dakha, District
Ludhiana. Was the writer of a very seditious letter to Mit Singh (M-35)
from which it was clear that he was a violent revolutionary. His address in
America in 1917 was Hammond Lumber Co., Astoria. Was not traced at
the home address given in 1917. Returned to India from abroad about
1920 and is living in his village. Associates with Pakhar Singh, a returned
emigrant, and Mit Singh (M-35), and Narain Singh, Jats of his village.
Recruits volunteered for Akali Jathas. Deals in wheat. Owns 40/45 bighas
of land.
