Ram Singh, son of Guru Das, Arora, of Village Bharoke Chima, P. S.
Wazirabad, District Gujranwaia. He went to Bangkok (Siam) about 25
years ago and also was a shopkeeper there. He was a member of the Ghadr
Party and attended the lectures of the notorious Hira Singh (a deceased
Ghadrite), son of Mansa’ Singh, of Charar district Lahore, who was sent
up for trial in the Supplementary Conspiracy Case at Lahore, and was
sentenced to death, the sentence being afterwards commuted to one of
transportation for life. He twice returned to his village, and was granted a
passport to Siam in September 1920 for a period of 10 years. The
passport was again renewed, and he is at present in Bangkok, and
reported to be an unreliable person.
