Raila Singh (known as Master Raila Singh), son of Dewa Singh, Jat, Village Jindwal, P. S. Banga, District Jullundur. He went to Vancouver in August 1907. About the middle of 1929 when he was living in Marysville, California, he was appointed one of the Directors of the American Hindustani Trading Company, (A Ghadr Party concern formed to promote the economic side of the party and to serve as a cloak for revolutionary activities). On 10th September 1931 he was granted a passport to India at San Francisco. Has not returned to India so far.
