Partap Singh, son of Anokh Singh, of Jaisinghwala, P. S. Baghapurana,
District Ferozepore. He is a nephew of Chanan Singh (C-5) and educated
up to the Middle standard. He went to Manila where he worked as a
Watchman. He returned home once, and thereafter went back to Manila,
where about 1917 he was said to be the Secretary of the Indian
Revolutionary Society. He along with Barkat Ali Khan was a signatory to
the memorial testifying to the loyalty of one Sandi Ram. He is a
subscriber to the "Asli Quami Dard", the "Kirti" of Amritsar, "Mazdoor
Kisan", etc. In November 1931 he wrote a letter from P. O. Box No.
1736, Manila, P. I. to the Manager of the "Asli Quami Dard" enclosing a
cheque for Rs. 64 to be used as contribution to the Qaidi Parwar Sahaik
Fund (fund for the relief of the families of political prisoners), and
subscriptions to the various papers. He is still abroad and his present
address is reported to be: P. O. Box 1736, Manila, P. I.
