He was present at a meeting of the Ghadr Party held at Dalip Singh's Store in Panama City on 14th February 1932, and was said to be learning the art of making bombs from Gajjan Singh, alias Gaya Singh (G-2). He has not been traced at the above address. May be identical with Bhagat Singh, son of Karam Singh of Pharala.
