Naurang Singh, son of Chanda Singh, Tailor, of Katra Ramgarhian, Amritsar City. He associated with returned emigrants and prepared a revolutionarly flag for Mula Singh of Miran Kot (M-52). Was sent for trial in the Lahore Conspiracy Case but was aquitted. He is at present running a grocer's shop in Katra Ramgarhian, Amritsar City. Holds political views and takes part in anti-Govemment meetings. He is a member of the newly formed Sikh Council of Action, and owns a press known as "Naurang hari Press". Associates with Sewa Singh of "Kirpan Bahadur", Editor of the defunct "Babbar Sher", Sohan Singh of Bhakna Kalan (S-55), Partap Singh, M. A. (P-16), a prominent Kirti-Kisan worker, and Ganda Singh "Jachak" of Amritsar.
