N-4. Nagindar Singh, son of Gujar Singh, Village Chuhar Chak. P. S. Moga, District Ferozepore. He was granted a passport to proceed to Canada in July 1931. Before his departure on 17th September 1931 he is reported to have visited the Kavi Press, Calcutta, and stated that he would be coming in contact with the Ghadr Party and that he would send Ghadr literature to Calcutta. He landed at Vancouver on 25th October 1931 and proceeded to Cloverdale. He is thought to have since smuggled into the U. S. A.
