Muhammad Afzal Khan, son of Muqarrab Khan, Bannu, N. W. F. P. He is a brother of Mir Sahib Khan (M-33). He is reported to have gone to Kabul about 6 of 7 years ago. In 1926 he was employed by the Transport Co. Kabul. In 1930 he was employed as an interpreter in the 'Sharkat-i- Alman', a German firm in Kabul. In September of that year, he was reported to be an active member of the anti-British party in Kabul and on 1st November he attended a meeting of Indian revolutionaries held in the house of Gurmukh Singh (G-54), the well-known Ghadrite, under the presidency of Maulvi Abdur Rahim, alias Mulla Bashir (A-5) to celebrate the anniversary of the American Ghadr Party. In May 1932 he was working for the Indo-Afghan Trading Co. Is a member of the Ghadr Party and is seen frequently in the company of Gurmukh Singh (G-54).
