Moti Ram, Sabarwal, son of Charan Das, Village Chakwal, District Jhelum. He went to Persia as a trader in 1924. He is a member of the East Persian Ghadr Party and a subscriber to the "Kirti", and was reported in April 1931 to have pasted an objectionable poster on a wall in Duzdap. In September of that year he was reported to be in charge of all documents formerly kept by Sewa Singh (S-30), and to have probably taken the latter’s place since the dissolution ofthe Birjand branch. In the same month he was reported to have come to India. He was in Chakwal in November 1931.
