Mir Sahib Khan, Nizami, son of Muqarrab Khan Bannu North-West
Frontier Province. In 1926 was employed by the Transport Company,
Kabul. In December 1926 was elected Assistant Secretary of the Indian
National Club, Kabul. In September 1930 was reported to be an active
member of the anti-British party in Afghanistan and on November 1st
1930 attended a meeting of Indian revolutionaries which was held at
Kabul under the presidency of Maulvi Abdur Rahim alias Maulvi Bashir
(A-5), to celebrate the anniversary of the American Ghadr Party. In
March 1931 he was reported to be a member of the Ghadr Party in Kabul
and to be employed as an interpreter in the arsenal. Is an associate of
Gurmukh Singh (G-54) at whose house he attended a Ghadr meeting on
19th October 1932.
