Mangal Singh, Village Tappa, District Amritsar. In 1922 was in Brawley, California, and reported to be a close adherent of the Ghadr Party. In November 1929 a letter which was intended for Anup Singh Dhillon (A-27) was addressed to him by Gurmukh Singh of Kabul (G- 54). The contents of the letter showed that Mangal Singh was a keen supporter of the party and that he had discussions on the subject with other members. He was also in correspondence with Harjap Singh (H-32). Address in 1930 : P. O. Box No. 727 Tulare, near Fresno.
