Manak Singh, Lalpura, Afghanistan. He is a brother of Narain Singh of Lalpura (N-23). He is a shopkeeper in Lalpura and owns another shop in Mohmand country. Is reported to be a member of the Kabul Ghadr Party. In May 1931 he was ordered by the Afghan authorities to give security.
