Malla Singh, son of Bogha Singh, Village Kandola, P. S. Adampur, District Jullundur. He went to Canada about September 1907 and afterwards left for the U. S. A. About 1917 he resided at Holt and from then on to 1920 he was prominent in Ghadr Party circles and took an active part in the conduct of affairs under the leadership of Bhagwan Singh of village Viring, district Amritsar (a former leader of the Ghadr Party). He worked in Bhagwan Singh's Press at Valencia Street. Thereafter he took to farming in the Imperial Valley and was inactive till 1930, though not out of sympathy with the Ghadr Party. He sailed for India from Vancouver in November 1930. Arrived at Calcutta on 10th January 1931.
