Lachman Singh, son of Phina, Village Kothi, P. S. Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. Went to America about 1910/12. In 1928 he was reported to be a member of the Ghadr Party in America. In 1929 he was reported to be a regular quarterly subscriber to the Ghadr Party on behalf of the Kirti fund. Is still in America where he runs a shop.
