Kishan Singh, of Shewa (or Jalalabad), Afghanistan, He is an extremist
Akali who was reliably reported in June 1927 to have joined a strong
anti-British party with Maulvi Abdul Razaq and others. In August 1931
he was reported to be in Russian pay and was suspected of carrying on
traffic in arms, and is now said to be working for the Ghadr Party in
Jalalabad. He paid a visit to Amritsar in March 1932.
