K-65. Kishan Singh, son ofJamiat Singh, of Qila Hans, P. S. Jagraon, District
Ludhiana. He returned to India by the s.s. "Australian” via Colombo.
When examined at Ludhiana he was found to have in his possession a
copy ofthe "Khalsa Akhbar" containing a report ofthe Budge Budge riot,
some articles about the "Komagata Mani” passengers and other
objectionable literature. He was arrested and interned and was reported to
be talking sedition even in jail. He was released from jail in 1918 and
restricted to his village with security. He is living at his village and i$ said
to entertain political views and associate with politically inclined persons
including Lal Singh (L-13) and Sundar Singh ofMan (S-71).
