Kishan Singh, son of Rattan Singh, Village Gahor, District Ludhiana.
Went to America about 1907. he came to notice in March 1920 when he
was found to be associating closely with the leaders of the newly formed
Sikh Ghadr Party. He acted as Chairman at a meeting ofthe above Party
in Fresno on 15th February 1921. He also interested himselfin the affairs
ofthe Malwa Sudharak Society and was appointed its Vice-president in
1928. In 1930 he was elected to the Committee of the Ghadr Party at
Fresno and has continued to be one of the leaders of the Party since,
signing receipts for members’ dues in 1931. He has a ranch some ten
miles from Fresno. Is still in America. Owns landed property at his
village.
