K-58. Kirpa Singh, son ofJawahir Singh, Jat, of Launj Mazara, P. S. Anandpur, District Hoshiarpur. He was a sepoy in the 26th Punjabis who became disaffected in Hong Kong and was dismissed. He was present in hospital with Pingle and Kartar Singh and went to Ferozepore to join the rising of the 19th February, and was sentenced to transportation for life. He was released from jail on 3rd June 1932 and restricted to his village for two years. He has been quiet since then. At present he cultivates land in Mirpur, P. S. Nurpur, District Hoshiarpur.
