Kehr Singh, son of Bhan Singh, of Dhotian, P. S. Sirhali, District Amritsar. Was a Sowar in the 23rd Cavalry. Was sentenced to death in the 23rd Cavalry Case but the sentence was subsequently commuted to 20 years' transportation in January 1915. Is at present confined in the Central Jail, Lahore. The question ofhis release is under consideration.
