Kartar Singh, son of Gurdit Singh, Jat, Village Jhingran, P. S. Banga, District Jullundur. He was formerly employed in the Military Department and went to Panama about 10 or 11 years ago and has not so far returned to his home. His father is a military pensioner while two of his brothers are employed in the Military Department. Kartar Singh came to notice in 1931 when he was reported to have attended several seditious meetings organised by Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) in Panama. He seems to be identical with Kartar Singh ofJhingar who was reported in 1929 to be a regular quarterly subscriber to the Ghadr Party on behalf ofthe Kirti fund. Is still in America where his address is, 1866, 2nd Ave., c/o Sikh Temple, Vancouver, Canada.
