Kartar Singh, son ofNarain Singh, of Gujanyal, District Ludhiana. He emigrated to Hong Kong about 1909. In 1917 he was keeping a motor garage there and was in correspondence with Chanan Singh (C-5), the well-known seditionist in Manila. He is still reported to be in Hong Kong. He knows motor driving and can read Gurmukhi.
