K-21. Karam Singh, alias Kahan Singh, son of Gurdit Singh, Village Shahpur,
District Jullundur. In 1927 he was the Secretary ofthe country section of
the New Zealand Indian Association. In October of that year he sent a
letter to the manager of the "Kirtiā praising the paper for the work which
it was doing and intimating that he had sent his subscription for the
journal. In 1928 he was employed as a farmer at Tatu, Ohura, New
Zealand. While there he was reported to be a close associate of Khushi
Ram of Rurkee, district Jullundur (K-56), a known Ghadrite. He arrived
in Calcutta on the 19th November 1931 by the s.s. "Arankola".
Information was received in April 1932 that he was not traceable at his
village.
