Kanshi Ram, son of Sita Ram, Brahmin, of Chuhar Chak, P. S. Mehna,
District Ferozepore. He went to China and California in 1904. He was a
member ofthe Ghadr Party who left San Francisco on the s.s. "Korea" on
29th August 1914 and arrived in India by the s.s. "Tosha Maru". He was
interned but subsequently released and restricted in 1916. He is an active
Congress worker and associates with Bhai Sudh Singh (S-65), Ganga
Ram (who returned to India with Nidhan Singh’s Ghadr Party on the
"Mishimar Maru") and Rur Singh (R-41) ofhis village. Runs a shop at his
village.
