Kala Singh, of Amritsar (or Lahore). He attended several seditious
meetings organised by Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) in Panama in 1931. He
was also present at a meeting of the Ghadr Party held at Dalip Singh's
store in Panama City on 14th February 1932.
