Jogindar Singh, son of Waryam Singh, Jat, of Village Toosa, P. S. Raikot, District Ludhiana. Secretary of the Mexican Branch of the Hindustan Ghadr Party. He went to America about 1911-13. In July 1931 he sent a letter to the editor of the "Mazdoor Kisan", Amritsar, condemning the a member ofthe Kirti and Ghadr Party. He was said to be extremely anti- British and to have written several seditious letters to the Editor of the "Mazdoor Kisan". He seems to be an automobile engineer and his address is P.O. 901 Balboa, C. Z.
