Ishar Singh, son of Buta Singh, Village Kirtowal, District Lahore. Was
reported to have borne a good character prior to his departure for
America sometime during the years 1915-20. In 1922 he was in Brawley,
California, and was reported to have been a close adherent of the Ghadr
Party. He moved from the Imperial Valley to Tulare Country, California,
in February 1929 where he is engaged in cotton growing. In the same year
he was reported to be a regular quarterly subscriber to the Ghadr Party on
behalf of the Kirti fund and in March 1930 was reported to have still been
an active supporter of the Ghadr Party. Is at present in Stockton,
California. Owns landed property at his village.
Description : Age 40/50 years; height about 5-7"; wheat complexion;
large black eyes.
