Indar Singh, son of Hardit Singh, Village Rurka, District Jullundur. He went to Panama about 22/23 years ago and has not returned since. There was nothing to his discredit in his village prior to his departure. He attended seditious meetings convened by Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) in Panama in 1931. He was reported in March 1932 to be a member of the Ghadr Party in Panama.
