Hazara Singh, Akali, of Village and P. S. Sirhali, District Amritsar. He is a member of the Kirti Dal of Bengal, and is Secretary of the Sree Guru Singh Sabha, Calcutta. He is undergoing trial under Section 124-A, I.P.C. for delivering a seditious speech at the Jagat Sudhar Gurdwara on the 26th February 1933. He used to live at 118-A, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road.
