Harbans Singh, Dr. son of Raj Singh, Arora, Sargodha. He secured a job in Kabul during the reign of ex-king Amanullah in 1924. He worked there for 5 years and in the time of Bacha Saqao fled to Ghazni. He has returned to India and is now practising at his home. He is suspected to be in touch with the Kabul Ghadrites. The local police report that he is a deep man and has not associated with political workers since his return.
