Harbans Lal, Sarda, Tanganyika, British East Africa. In February
1931 he was reported to be a recipient of the "Ghadr" and to be in
correspondence with Dalip Singh of Nangal Kalan (D-5). Was said to be
actively engaged in forming a branch of the Ghadr Party in Tanganyika.
He contributed a poem to the "Hindustan Ghadr" for April 1932.
