Hans Raj, son of Mohan Lal, Village Majitha, District Amritsar. He was a lorry driver on the Peshawar-Kabul road. He was reported to belong to the Ghadr Party and to act as a messenger between the Kabul Ghadrites and their confreres in India. In May 1931 he disappeared from Kabul and was later reported to be in Peshawar. He has been refused a pass to cross the N. W. F. P.
