Hakim Singh, Village Jauhal, District Amritsar. Since 1919 he has been associated with Ghadr Party activity in southern California. At a meeting of the Ghadr Party in Forester's Hall in Marysville on 11th August 1929, he recalled the deeds of the Ghadr Party 'martyrs' of 1914-15 and said that the time had come for the Sikhs ofthe Pacific Coast to return to India and show the world what they could do. He wanted every Indian to realise that without violence India could never be free. He was still in Fresno in 1932.
