Gurmukh Singh, son of Chet Singh, Village Philloke, P. S. Qila Didar Singh, District Gujranwala. He and his brothers Sajjan Singh, Ladha Singh, Gyan Singh and Nand Singh were some of the wealthiest and most seditious shopkeepers in Bangkok, Siam. Gurmukh Singh was a recipient of the Ghadr, organizer of seditious meetings and subscriber to the Ghadr funds. He gave evidence on behalf of Budha Singh of village Philloke, district Gujranwala (since dead) in the Burma Conspiracy Case. He has not returned yet, and prior to his departure had not taken part in politics.
