Gurbachan Singh, son of Chanda Singh, Village Umarpur, District Jullundur. He went to Panama about 12/13 years ago, along with his son named Gurdit Singh. He was a contributor to the Panj Paisa Fund in Panama in January 1925. He was reported to have attended several seditious meetings organized by Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) in 1931.
