Gopal Singh, son of Mangal Singh, Village Balkashar, P. S. Chakwal, District Jhelum. He has been working as a trader in Persia for the last ten years. Besides acting as a Manager of the Iqbal-i-Hind Co., used as a bank by the Kirti Party in Meshed, he owns a haberdasheiy shop in Birjand, which is run by his brother Ishar Singh's son. He was reported to be a Kirti worker.
