Ghulam Muhammad Hafiz, Village Kotla, District Jalandhar. In 1919 he took an active part in Muhammedan affairs in Sacramento and was appointed a trustee of the American Muslim Society. He acted as Secretary at a Ghadr Party meeting held at Sacramento on 26th January 1920. In 1922 he was a prominent Ramchandra supporter. He was a member of the United India League of America. Said to have been elected to the committee of the Ghadr Party at Fresno on the 26th of February 1930.
