Ghaniya (or Kanhaya) Singh, son of Indar Singh, Zemindar of Lalpura, Afghanistan. He is reported to be a member of the Afghanistan Ghadr Party and to be acting as a messenger between the Kabul Ghadrites and their confreres in India. He visited Amritsar in December 1926 and again in November 1930.
