Dulla Singh, son of Hazara Singh, Jat, Village Jaladeval, P. S. Bamala, Patiala State. Went abroad in 1924. In February 1932 he was reported to have attended a meeting of the Ghadr Party at Dalip Singh's store in Panama City. He is said to be or to have been President ofthe local Ghadr Party. He left Christobal, Panama, on 11th October 1932 for Hamburg in response to an urgent call from Rattan Singh (R-36) in Berlin. He has since been sent to Moscow.
