Dulla Khan (Singh ?), District Ludhiana. He is employed as a watchman at La Boca near Balboa, C. Z. In March 1932 he was reported to be a member ofthe General Committee ofthe Ghadr Party in Panama and was suspected to have a knowledge of bomb making. He may be identical with Dule Khan of village Duleki, district Ferozepore, a contributor to the "Qaidi Parwar Sahaik Fund" (fund for the relief of the families of political prisoners) in 1927.
