Didar Singh, son of Narain Singh, Village Shankar, District Jullundur.
He is a Ghadr Party worker in California. He visited Vancouver from
California at the end of August 1930. Object ofthe visit was stated to be
to persuade leading Indians in British Columbia to return to India and
work with the Kirti Kisan Party. At the end of August 1931 it is alleged
that he along with one Lachhman Singh of village Jandiala, district
Jullundur, smuggled themselves across the Canadian border to visit
Basant Singh of village Pharla, district Jullundur, in jail. He sailed for
India on September 26th, 1931 and returned to his home in December
1931.
