D-21. Dhanpat, son of Attar Singh of Khera, P. S. Phillaur, District Jullundur. A "Tosha Maru" passenger who on arrival in 1914 was interned and subsequently released and restricted in September 1916. He is now present at his village, and is reported to be of a political bent of mind, and dangerous. He is an associate of Bachint Singh alias Raja of Rurka Kalan (B-12) who is also said to be a dangerous person.
