Dalip Singh, son of Deva Singh, Village Sidhan, P. S. Nakodar, District Jullundur. According to his own statement he went to the U. S. A. in 1910 and landed at San Francisco. He was reported to have been elected to the Stockton Committee of the Ghadr Party on 16th February 1930. On 3rd April 1930 he was granted a passport by the British Consular authorities at San Francisco. He intended to return to India via New York and Europe. Address in April 1930 P.
