Dalip Singh, son of Jawala Singh, Village Jhingar, District Jullundur. He
is an ex-Havildar. About 12 years ago he went to Hong Kong whence he
proceeded to Panama. There he attended several seditious meetings
organised by Teja Singh Sutantar (T-8) in 1931.
